What file types does Impact Sign accept?
Impact Signs has a complete design team that will take all the hassle away from you in getting your signage completed, we have designers who are experienced in turning your ideas into tangible works of art that not only give the visual impact you’re looking for but perform the function you require, so let us make the process as easy as possible and you can then sit back and simply see it all unfold before you. However if you are providing your completed files then you need to be able to supply us with High Resolution PDF’s, all text needs to be outlined, with a minimum 20mm bleed on large format prints.

What time frame could I expect from beginning to end?
How long is a piece of string? Any time frame is dependant on the size and scope of the job, you can rest assured that as you work with our team you will be kept informed every step of the way. Impact Signs prides itself in delivering on-time everytime, so you can be confident in using us.

Can you do the design work or do I need to find a designer first?
We are pleased to let you know that we have a design team who will sit with you and develop your designs. Due to high demand we have expanded our design team which allows us the flexibility to be focused on the individual needs of our customers without compromising design time, so in short, you can simply come up, sit with us and allow us to develop your ideas, it’s as easy as one two three.

What if I don’t like the finished product?
Impact Signs is confident in our service to you that we see minimal room for you to feel unsure or unhappy with the final product. We do our work and keep you informed each step of the way, this ensures that we are all reading from the same page. After we provide the artwork, you give your approval and only then do we proceed. It’s really not rocket science, you come to us, we assist you, then you approve the work, we complete and install if neccessary on time, all the time.

However in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied in the finished product you can always discuss you concerns with us and we’ll find a resolution.
